Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko by his order No. 143r dated 30 June 2020 approved the proposal of the Belarusian State Authority for Military Industry for the dates of the exhibition, as well as set up an interdepartmental organising committee, which is responsible for preparing and holding the event.
Dzmitry Pantus is appointed as the Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus. Since August 2014 and until present, he was holding the post of Deputy Minister of the authority.
Self-propelled robotized system “Berserk” is armed with a twin four-barrel air machinegun GShG–7,62 and is intended to fight against land targets (personnel, ordinary and light-armored vehicles) and low-flying air platforms (helicopters, UAVs) within max 1000 m.
